ErrorCode	The error codes of RFC 9113 §7, carried by RST_STREAM and GOAWAY frames.
FlowControlWindow	One HTTP/2 flow-control window (RFC 9113 §5.2, §6.9): of a stream, or of the connection when FlowControlWindow.streamId() is 0.
Frame	One HTTP/2 frame (RFC 9113 §6).
Frame.PrioritySpec	The RFC 7540 priority signal carried by PRIORITY frames and HEADERS frames with the PRIORITY flag.
