HttpProxyServerBootstrap.withoutTracingHeadersUpstream() removes them from requests sent upstream. X-Request-Id is not among them: it is often wanted by the server, and can be added with HttpProxyServerBootstrap.plusStrippedRequestHeaders(String...).
