public final class ProtoGroup extends Object implements org.microproxy.thirdparty.starlark.eval.Structure
A protobuf group (proto2's deprecated wire types 3 and 4) in a script: what protobuf.decode gives for one, and what protobuf.group(fields) makes. fields is its dict of fields, as for a nested message; it encodes back as a group.

      The set of names for which getValue returns non-null should match getFieldNames if possible.
