The proxy refuses the request: an origin-form request without HttpProxyServerBootstrap.withAllowRequestToOriginServer(boolean), an https:// request without HttpProxyServerBootstrap.withTlsOrigination(boolean), or a CONNECT target that is not host:port. Default 400 with the body "Bad Request: " + reason.
